Another branding technique for Silicone Wristbands (aka Silicone Bracelets) is Embossing, and the counterpart technique, Debossing.
In Debossed or Embossed wristbands, the design or text is either indented/recessed into the overall surface (Debossed) of the wristband, or raised from the wristband surface (Embossed).
This is done by machining the design into the surface of the positive or negative production mould, hence, on embossed or debossed silicone wristbands, there is usually a once of cost for the machining of the mould.
The initial cost is thus a tad more than printed bracelets, but in larger quantities however, this technique works out cheaper than printing as there is no second production run (the printing of the design) required.

Important to know!
While Silicone Wristbands can obviously be printed all-around, but: When we speak of a “One colour print in One position” then this means the following:
The “one Colour” part is simple: The wristband will, as one would expect, be printed with single Solid Colour.
However, the “one position” is a bit trickier: The “one position” refers to the Maximum Print Size (MPS) that can be printed in ONE print run.
Roughly, this MPS is:
- The width of the band minus 3 mm,
- and half of the length of the band, minus 5 mm.
For example, this would mean that the MPS for a wristband of 12mm (width) X 202mm Circumference would be: (12-3=) 9mm wide by (202/2-5=) 96mm length.
